Whole-Person Weight Support Protocol
A structured, individualized plan focused on metabolic health, hormone balance, gut function, and detoxification efficiency. We take a layered, holistic approach that looks beyond calories to understand how your body regulates energy, stores fat, and responds to stress.
How the Pieces Fit Together
Cortisol & Stress Response: We assess cortisol rhythm and stress physiology, since chronic imbalance can affect appetite, metabolism, and fat distribution.
Sex Hormones (Estrogen & Progesterone): We evaluate hormonal balance across the cycle or life stage, as changes in estrogen and progesterone can impact fat storage, water retention, and energy levels.
Thyroid Function: We review thyroid hormone activity, as low or suboptimal thyroid function can reduce metabolism, affect temperature regulation, and slow weight change.
Liver & Detox Pathways: We assess liver function and detoxification efficiency, as toxin buildup and sluggish clearance can contribute to fat retention and metabolic slowing.
Food Sensitivity Testing: Every patient completes a food sensitivity test to identify inflammatory foods that may influence digestion, cravings, or metabolic inflammation.
Nutrient Testing: We assess nutrient status through standard blood work and live blood analysis, reviewing markers such as iron, B12, vitamin D, magnesium, and protein to support energy and metabolism.
Gut Health & Microbiome Testing: We evaluate digestive function and microbiome balance, since bacterial diversity and gut inflammation can influence nutrient absorption, cravings, and fat storage.
Lipotropic Injections
What they are
An adjunctive in‑clinic injection used within our comprehensive weight support program. Lipotropics are nutrient combinations designed to support the body’s processing of fats and overall metabolic efficiency.
How they fit your plan
- Used alongside nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress strategies — not as a stand‑alone fix.
- Frequency is typically short‑term, then reassessed based on comfort and progress.
- Always preceded by a clinical review to confirm safety and suitability.
Often 1–2×/week initially
Screened for interactions & contraindications
Part of a monitored protocol
Our Process
1) Assessment
Comprehensive intake reviewing medical history, lifestyle, stress, digestion, and lab work to identify underlying contributors to weight change.
2) Plan Build
Personalized nutrition and lifestyle framework, incorporating test results, lab findings, and achievable goals.
3) Targeted Support
Options may include lipotropic injections, hormonal or nutrient support, gut protocols, and stress regulation tools—always monitored for safety.
4) Check-Ins
Weekly or bi-weekly follow-ups early in the program, then taper as your rhythm stabilizes. Progress is measured by comfort, energy, and sustainable changes—not just the scale.
5) Sustain
Once your goals are achieved, we shift to a maintenance rhythm that fits your lifestyle. Support becomes minimal, focusing on long-term stability and confidence.
6) Safety
Every treatment plan is customized. We review contraindications (e.g., pregnancy, medications, liver conditions) before starting injections or supplements.
New patients require an initial consultation prior to any injections or prescriptions. Lipotropic injections are provided only when clinically appropriate.
